Recruiter: Michael PageLocation: WashingtonSalary: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus & benefitsApplication date: 7th Feb 2024About Our ClientThe client is a leading global organisation.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:• Contribute to the development of the People Strategy and supporting People Plan, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives• Align HR schemes and solutions with business goals and objectives, ensuring the successful embedding of HR schemes and initiatives• Provide market and business insights to inform the further development of the People plan• Ensure alignment with HR solutions provided by HR Shared Services and 3rd parties• Lead on the delivery of complex HR projects in alignment with the People Plan• Provide advice and coaching to line management and senior leaders on people-related business matters, aligned to policy, process and legal complianceThe Successful Applicant• Degree qualified in HR or a relevant subject• CIPD level 5 or above• Previous HR business partnering experience• Previous HR experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment• Experience of working in a unionised business• Experience of understanding business requirements, translating into appropriate HR solutions and delivering within budget and to an agreed timescale• Experience of learning and development• Experience of working in a project-based organisation• Experience of working within a shared service modelWhat’s on Offer• Salary £50,000 – £60,000 per annum• Up to 10% company bonus• A range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements• A range of employee benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a company contributed Share Incentive Plan• Access to additional benefits such as an employee assistance programme, Cycle2work and employee discounts
