Candidate Requirements & Screening:
CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement is strictly required (must be active and in good standing).
All candidates must pass full DOT-compliant checks: background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and comprehensive drug testing (including marijuana).
Training: 1 week, fully paid, conducted on-site.
Driving Record Standards (Minimum Acceptable):
No major violations in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI, reckless driving, license suspension).
No at-fault accidents within a recent defined period (minor incidents reviewed case-by-case).
Background check clearance must align with client compliance standards.
While a completely clean record is ideal, each candidate is evaluated individually against the above minimum criteria.
