What is Empregara?
Empregara is a job platform that helps candidates discover opportunities, build a professional profile, and apply directly to employers.
Is Empregara free for candidates?
Yes. Candidates can search jobs, create a profile, save opportunities, receive alerts, and apply for free.
How does the resume-powered application work?
From a job page, a candidate can upload a PDF or DOCX resume and create an account. The resume is analyzed only after email verification. The candidate then reviews and edits the extracted profile before submitting the application.
Is my application sent automatically?
No. Empregara never sends the application during resume analysis. The candidate reviews the profile and uses the final application button before anything is sent to the employer.
What happens if I already have an account?
Use Log in from the job page. Empregara keeps the selected job in context and returns the candidate to continue the application after authentication.
Can I choose a different resume for an application?
Yes. Before the final submission, review the resume selected for that application and upload a different PDF or DOCX if you wish.
How do job alerts choose vacancies?
Alerts compare the saved role or job title with open jobs and check location and known preferences. We do not send a digest when there are no suitable matches. You can manage or unsubscribe from alerts at any time.
What if a job opens on another website?
Some listings link to an external source. In those cases, the final application takes place on that source website; check its terms and privacy information before continuing.
How is my information protected?
Resume files captured during onboarding are kept in private storage. Email verification is required before automated profile analysis, and the candidate controls the final application.
For employers
Can employers post jobs?
Yes. Employers can create an account, publish opportunities, and receive candidate applications and profiles through Empregara.
When is a candidate application sent to the employer?
Only after the candidate reviews their profile and resume and presses the final Submit application button. Starting an account or uploading a resume does not submit an application.
Can a job require admin review?
Yes. Some job postings are held for review before they appear publicly. The employer dashboard shows the job status.
Are paid packages available?
Empregara is preparing additional candidate and employer services. Availability and prices will be shown when these services are ready; basic candidate search and applications remain free.
