Creative Community Manager

Brick & Wonder | New York, NY Full-time Hybrid $ 80,000 - 100,000 per year

Description:We are in search of a Creative Community Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit keen to join a talented, design-led startup team. The right candidate will join Brick & Wonder as a Community Manager supporting our efforts to build a highly engaged online and offline community of accomplished design and real estate professionals in NYC, San Francisco, London and beyond. Brick & Wonder is incubated out of an entrepreneurial architecture studio (Lang Architecture) in Tribeca. Must have:A passion for entrepreneurship, architecture, design, interiors, and real estateComfortable with frequent phone and email outreach to build new connections between our existing membersComfortable with frequent, direct sales outreach by phone, email, Zoom, and in-person meetings to bring in new members and grow our community Outstanding written and spoken EnglishA self-starting approach and a willingness to pick up the phone many times each day to build relationships and facilitate introductions, delivering tangible value for our community membersProven ability to help craft tailored, impactful in-person event experiences for small group settings, as well as larger gatheringsNice to have:Experience with generating + executing branded partnershipsExisting relationships in the Real Estate, Design, Architecture or Construction industriesExperience designing and running offline events with online follow-upStartup experienceExperience with basic video & sound recording and editing (for social media posts and event recaps) Compensation:$80-100k annual salary with competitive PTO, 401K matching, healthcare, and equity for the right candidate.
