Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour
Looking for an opportunity with a growing company? Join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in processing orders, supporting customers, and ensuring products are delivered accurately on time!
What You'll Do:
- Process and fulfill customer orders
- Support customers and sales teams with order inquiries
- Run reports, track orders, and maintain account information
- Monitor shipping dates, inventory, and delivery statuses
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and order documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Utilize CRM and order tracking systems
- Handle returns, credits, chargebacks, and consignment accounts
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, data entry)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
