Join the founding team at the reopening Manhasset Cinemas. Oversee picture and sound quality across three auditoriums, working with the Theater & Operations Manager.Build weekly show schedules and playlists; ingest DCPs and manage KDM validity; operate digital projection and sound systems; support private screenings, repertory programming, and community events. Perform presentation checks, routine equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, and technical recordkeeping. Train managers and shift leads on booth operations.Requirements: Full working knowledge of modern digital cinema projectors, cinema servers, TMS platforms, DCP formats, and KDM management. Cinema audio and signal-flow knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.Part-time, hourly, non-exempt. $23–$25/hour, commensurate with experience.
