Stock Associate

The Stock Associate supports store operations by receiving merchandise, organizing inventory, and keeping the sales floor and stockroom orderly. Typical duties include unloading deliveries, checking items against packing lists, tagging and replenishing products, rotating stock, and helping locate merchandise for team members when needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate counts, reporting damaged or missing items, and following storage and safety procedures. Basic qualifications usually include the ability to read labels and item codes, use handheld scanners or similar tools, and stay organized in a fast-paced retail setting. Attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication are important for success. Physical demands are customary for the job and may include standing for long periods, lifting and carrying moderate to heavy items, bending, reaching, and moving carts or boxes throughout the day. The schedule is full time and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs.
