This Busser role supports a busy dining room by helping keep service areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. Typical duties include clearing and resetting tables, removing used dishware and trash, restocking water, napkins, silverware, and other supplies, and assisting servers and hosts with smooth table turnover. The position may also involve maintaining cleanliness in side stations, dining areas, and other front-of-house spaces as needed. Baseline qualifications include the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment, follow directions, communicate clearly with team members, and provide dependable support during peak meal periods. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required if the candidate can learn quickly and maintain attention to detail. Physical demands commonly include standing for long periods, lifting and carrying trays or bus tubs, and moving quickly through crowded spaces. The schedule is full time and may include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
