Support Bronx clients with day-to-day personal care and household assistance in a home-based setting. A caregiver in this role may help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light cleaning, mobility support, companionship, and reminders for routine tasks, while observing and reporting concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor. The work calls for patience, reliability, good communication, and the ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining dignity and confidentiality. Prior experience caring for older adults, individuals with disabilities, or people recovering from illness is preferred, though related support experience may also be useful. Basic physical stamina is important because the job can require standing, bending, walking, and occasional lifting or repositioning. The schedule is full time and may vary according to client needs, with shifts assigned across different days and times.
