The Retail Sales Associate supports store operations by assisting customers, explaining merchandise features, processing transactions, and helping maintain an organized sales floor. Candidates should have basic customer service skills, the ability to learn product details quickly, and comfort using a point-of-sale register. Previous retail or hospitality experience is useful but not always required. This position may involve standing for extended periods, light lifting, reaching, and moving throughout the store.
