Restaurant Crew Member helps support everyday front-of-house and back-of-house service in a busy Manhattan restaurant. The position may include greeting guests, taking orders, running food, bussing tables, preparing simple ingredients or packaged items, keeping service areas clean, and assisting with opening or closing routines. Team members are expected to work closely with others, communicate respectfully, and help maintain consistent food quality and guest service. Basic qualifications include dependability, the ability to follow directions, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-moving setting where priorities can change throughout the shift. Experience in restaurant or customer service work is useful, though candidates who learn quickly and handle pressure well may also be considered. Physical duties may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting moderate items as part of normal restaurant operations. This is a full-time role with scheduling determined by business requirements.
