Provide in-home personal care support for clients in Brooklyn, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own residences. Typical duties may include assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship, while following care instructions and reporting changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor. Candidates should have basic reading and communication skills, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and interact respectfully with clients and families. Prior home care experience is helpful, and familiarity with safe transfer techniques is valued. This role can involve standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting or repositioning of clients or household items. The schedule is full time and may include varied shifts based on client needs. Compensation may be negotiated within the posted range based on relevant experience.
