The Home Health Aide provides in-home support to clients in Brooklyn by assisting with routine daily needs, helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and offering dependable personal care under established care plans. Common responsibilities include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders when authorized, and reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor.
