The Kitchen Helper supports daily food preparation and kitchen organization in a busy Bronx setting. This role helps keep the work area stocked, clean, and ready for service by washing produce, preparing basic ingredients, restocking supplies, and assisting with routine cleanup throughout the shift. The position may also include handling dishes, disposing of waste properly, and following directions from cooks or lead staff to help maintain an orderly workflow. Basic food safety awareness and the ability to follow instructions carefully are important.
