The position may also involve maintaining reception-area organization, processing forms, verifying paperwork for completeness, and handling general front-desk coordination with professionalism and discretion. Strong communication, accurate data entry, and familiarity with common office systems are important, along with the ability to remain calm when assisting multiple patients at once.
