Personal Care Assistant

Assist clients in Queens with routine daily living activities that support comfort, safety, and personal dignity in a home setting. A Personal Care Assistant commonly helps with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship, while documenting care as directed and communicating observations to the care team. Applicants should have strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to follow care plans, preserve privacy, and use respectful communication with clients and family members. Previous experience in home care, elder care, or a similar support role is desirable, along with the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with minor transfers or household tasks. The position is full time and generally follows a schedule that may include weekday, evening, or weekend hours depending on client coverage needs.
