Stock Associate

The Stock Associate supports store operations by receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise in a busy retail setting in the Bronx. Typical responsibilities include unloading deliveries, checking cartons against invoices, tagging and folding items, stocking sales floors, maintaining backroom order, and helping with periodic inventory counts. The role also requires rotating product to reduce shrinkage, keeping aisles clear, and communicating with team members about inventory needs. Basic qualifications usually include prior retail or warehouse experience, the ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and steady time management. Comfort using handheld scanners or simple inventory systems can be helpful. Physical work is a regular part of the position and may involve standing for long periods, lifting and carrying moderate weights, bending, reaching, and moving stock throughout the shift. This is a full-time role with a schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods based on store needs.
