Warehouse Associate

A warehouse associate supports day-to-day inventory handling and order fulfillment in a busy Brooklyn facility. Typical work includes receiving incoming shipments, checking items against packing slips, stocking shelves or pallet locations, picking and packing orders, labeling products, and preparing completed shipments for pickup or delivery. Associates may also help with cycle counts, report damaged goods, keep work areas organized, and follow established safety procedures around equipment and materials. Basic qualifications usually include the ability to read and follow instructions, work accurately at a steady pace, and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors. Previous warehouse, stocking, or logistics experience is helpful but not always required if the candidate can learn quickly and work reliably. This role commonly involves standing for long periods, lifting and moving packages, bending, reaching, and using carts or other material-handling tools as assigned. Schedule needs are typically full time and may include daytime, evening, or weekend shifts depending on operational demands.
