Duties commonly include monitoring entry and exit, greeting visitors, confirming authorized access when required, accepting deliveries, maintaining awareness of lobby activity, and reporting unusual conditions or safety concerns. The position may also involve assisting with directions, coordinating with building staff, and helping maintain a welcoming and secure front entrance. Candidates should have a steady presence, good judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain alert during busy periods. Prior customer service or security-related experience is helpful. Physical demands are usually moderate and may include standing for extended periods, opening doors, walking short distances, and occasional lifting of packages. This is a full-time role with a schedule that may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts based on property coverage needs.
