A Warehouse Worker helps keep daily operations organized, accurate, and moving on time in a busy Queens warehouse environment. Typical duties include unloading and loading freight, stocking product, moving materials to designated areas, and preparing items for shipment or storage. The role may also involve checking labels, counting inventory, sorting goods, and keeping work areas clean and orderly. Candidates should have basic reading and math skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a dependable work ethic. Prior warehouse or material-handling experience is helpful, though not always required. Physical demands are customary for the role and can include standing for long periods, lifting and carrying moderately heavy items, bending, and using hand trucks or pallet jacks as assigned. Work is typically scheduled on a full-time basis and may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on operational needs.
