This part-time Dishwasher role supports kitchen operations in a busy food service setting in Queens. The position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other food service equipment so meal preparation and service can continue without delay. Typical duties include loading and unloading dish machines, organizing clean items for reuse, removing waste, sweeping and mopping work areas, and keeping dish stations stocked and orderly. The role may also involve helping maintain basic cleanliness standards in adjacent kitchen spaces and following established food safety and sanitation procedures.

Baseline qualifications include the ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, and stay organized during busy periods. Prior restaurant or institutional kitchen experience is helpful but not required. The work is physically active and may involve standing for long periods, bending, lifting, carrying supplies, and working around heat, moisture, and noise.
