Picker / Packer

The Picker / Packer helps keep warehouse orders accurate and ready for shipment in a fast-paced Bronx setting. This role is responsible for selecting items from inventory, checking product labels and quantities, packing orders securely, and preparing completed packages for staging or dispatch. Daily work may also include sorting merchandise, organizing stock locations, using handheld scanners or basic inventory systems, and reporting damaged or missing items to a supervisor. A good candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow written and verbal instructions with a focus on accuracy and pace. Basic experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or retail operations is helpful, though not always required. The position may involve standing for long periods, repeated lifting, bending, and moving cartons of moderate weight in accordance with safe work practices. This is a full-time role with a schedule that may include weekday hours and occasional overtime based on operational needs.
