This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction or project management who is comfortable leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, communicating with homeowners and keeping multiple projects moving efficiently throughout the day.
As Project Manager, you will review project details before each job, arrive early to job sites to support setup and delivery, monitor project progress, coordinate with field crews and subcontractors, communicate with customers and the office team, and complete final customer walkthroughs.
The position also offers opportunities to earn additional compensation through job-site upselling and customer satisfaction incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Review project details before each scheduled job
Coordinate crews, subcontractors and homeowners
Oversee residential construction job sites
Ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed properly
Maintain regular communication with customers and the office team
Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners
Confirm completion and payment
Identify opportunities for additional materials, services or upgrades
Support a positive customer experience throughout the project
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or project management
Roofing, siding, gutter or window experience is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Comfortable managing multiple projects in one day
Comfortable using technology in day-to-day project coordination
Strong reliability and work ethic
Valid driver's license required
Compensation
Base salary: $50,541.61 to $60,318.92 per year
