Stock Associate

A Stock Associate supports the day-to-day flow of merchandise in a retail or warehouse-style setting in the Bronx. This role focuses on receiving shipments, checking items against packing lists, tagging and sorting inventory, and moving product to the sales floor or storage areas in an organized way. Typical duties may also include replenishing stock, rotating merchandise, maintaining clear aisles, and helping with cycle counts or inventory audits. Basic qualifications usually include the ability to follow written instructions, stay organized, work accurately under time pressure, and communicate well with team members and supervisors. Prior stockroom or retail experience is helpful but not always required. The work can involve standing for long periods, frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and moving cartons or boxes of moderate weight. The schedule is generally full time and may include weekday hours, evenings, or weekends depending on business needs.
